All the orders are processed according to order confirmations we get from customers, and we are trying our best to satisfy all customers.
All orders placed on our website should obey the following policies under any conditions.
RETURNS
- All Returns and Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of arrival.
- All items must be in Orignal Condition with the tag, unused, unopened, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, clean and free of lint and hair, and in saleable condition with a copy of the original invoice.
- If you already opened or used item(s), return will be NOT accepted.
- The shipping fee is NOT refundable.
- If you received free shipping, your order will be deducted $3.00 for the first item and $1.50 for each additional item.
- Buyer pays return shipping
- A 20% Restocking Fee will be charged(Item’s price) on all returns.
- A 30% Restocking Fee will be charged(Item’s price) on returns if it arrives to us more than 45 days after delivery or package damaged.
- A 90% Restocking Fee will be charged(Item’s price) on all damaged items or materially different than how it was originally shipped to the buyer.
- You must contact us before returning the item(s)
- Clearance items(s), Final Sale item(s), returns will be NOT accepted.
- All merchandise returned without prior authorization will be refused and shipped back to the customer.
- If you refuse your package because you don’t wish to keep your item(s) you will forfeit your order and will not be refunded.
- Color Aberration exists due to the color effect of different PC monitors and weather conditions. This problem can not be treated as quality problem under any conditions
EXCHANGES
- All Returns and Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of arrival.

CREDIT
- You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase, within 30 days of our receiving your returned product.
- Refunds will be delayed on packages received without invoices or order numbers.
- We do not offer refunds on hosiery, bodystockings, or clearance items. (All clearance items have CLEARANCE in the title).
- Please note that there are no exchanges, no returns on hosiery items, or bodystockings.
